Pulse rifles are too weak and are severely underused. Let's buff them. Pulse rifles are now too widely used and are OP. We clearly made a mistake. Let's nerf them to the point that certain types are the lowest dps gun in the game and are unusable (poor Spare Change.....).

You forgot to add nerf fusion rifles as their response to everything. [spoiler]I wish more love for defenders and titans in general, I main defender[/spoiler]
