Yea man, they one shot. 120 damage plus Viking Funeral. People just didn't run that set up often, they one shot medium armor builds I'm pretty sure.
Edit:Either way I'm sick of people complaining, there is literally nothing that needs nerfed right now, while there are many things that need buffed.

No. The damage was never nerfed, only the range. They do more damage now than in y1.
