He was judging everyone. People were doing all Kinds of horrible stuff. So he judged the earth.
All but one man. Noah. Noah built a HUGE ark
It took him over 100 YEARS but he got it done. Then took two of every living thing, male and female, and put them in the ark.
Along with his sons, his wife, and his son's wives.

Doesn't make it right if there were innocents caught in that. Also, the implications of the human species propagating from that are....disturbing.
-
There were no innocents. Him and his family were the only ones

This is where I'm starting to think that the great flood is more of a fable to teach a lesson than a story to be taken 100% literally. How do infants who don't have the mental capacity to reason nor commit any sin of their fault end up being no more innocent than a serial killer? How the heck can there be literally no one else on the planet who believed in God? And how come Noah was the only exception ever rather than not believing like 99.99999999% of the rest of humanity?

Well no shit Sherlock like half of the bible is to be taken figuratively not literally.
-
I realize that, I'm just asking some rhetorical questions for those that do believe the Bible is to be taken literally in every little verse.
-
Those who do aren't to be on here, they're to be in some place somewhere because they're fanatical.

Edited by Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 3/4/2016 12:35:25 PMThe entire human race was all evil? Wow. I don't even know how to respond to that. That's a ridiculous notion. Beyond absurd. You want to insist on being unreasonable, so be it. That awkward moment when your belief has you justifying genocide.....

Couple hundred years ago incest wasn't so taboo. Look at the Royal families.
