Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

exotic armor. exotic perk-equip another exotic

Pulling the trigger has a chance to fire a bullet that deals no damage and blinds the user.

"This weapon has increased recoil at the cost of lower range."

Increased precision damage on Vex Minotaurs. Getting a kill with this rocket launcher increases stability.
