Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

Consolation: After killing a guardian in the crucible, lose 100 glimmer to pay for their wounded pride, whilst being able to keep your own. OP N3RF: After getting a kill while using any super, get a damage and health reduction until you re-spawn. You plan on using me?: Any kills with grenades boost your weapon swap speed temporarily.
