I'm not a expert, but this is what I've learned from years of church camps and Sunday services.
After God created the Earth, Adam and Eve accepted the Snake of Evils temptations to eat fruit from the tree of knowledge. I think that was the first spark of sin, since God commanded them NOT to eat fruit from that tree. I believe that mans first sin was selfishness, because Adam and Eve literally had thousands of other trees to eat fruit from, but they still chose to eat from the one tree that was restricted.
While Jesus was physically on Earth, he was never selfish. In fact, he was 100% the opposite.
What I'm saying is that man "started" sin, and that Jesus has never sinned.

But if Jesus is god... And god has sinned... Then Jesus has sinned?
-
Oh nvm, I understand. When God commanded Jesus to surrender, he knew that he would die. But at the same time, he's not really killing himself physically. I guess since it was the soldiers who PHYSICALLY killed Jesus, it wasn't suicide. I'm not sure.
-
Ah ha, but if I payed someone to set me on fire, would that not still be suicide, despite the fact i didn't do it myself? God, at the very least, planned for Jesus to die, or arranged it himself. By this same logic, it is therefore suicide. God is the source of all sin confirmed

I'm somewhat agnostic but this is pretty simple actually. God didn't "plan the death of Jesus". He accepted it. He knew the hearts of man and what would end up happening. People aren't puppets, we have free will. If there is this God, He obviously has no control over YOU. Right? God had no control over the people that tortured and killed Jesus either. COULD He control people? Of course, Hes God. Free will is what makes our lives individually meaningful, the opportunity to chose our own internal paths. God knew what would happen but also knew entering the world through Jesus was the only way to save us from evil. An earthly example: Someone sees a baby crawling in the middle of a road, about to be run over by an eighteen wheeler and realizes they have a chance to save this baby but would certainly lose their own life in the process. Saving the baby wouldn't be an act of suicide. Suicide is a selfish act that involves TAKING your own life because you no longer want to live. This person would be GIVING their own life in order to save the life of a helpless and clueless baby.

Ok ok, you can believe that if you want.

When has God sinned?
