Not the first time I've heardthis, I hear it a lot. I wanted to reply to this message to let you know that we're aware that this is something you all want.

I'm not trying to be a jerk but we don't care that your aware. That's like me going to the doctor and telling him I have tumors growing all over and he says "I'm aware". What's your plan to deal with the issue? Why can't you just tell us yes we will be bringing them forward or no it's not going to happen.
