Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

Error Codes. Activated automatically on entry to any game mode you are kicked back to orbit. Combos result in a modifier effect causing freezing of consoles and spontaneous combustion of the testicles.
