The "Weak Update". It kills players in one shot and effectively makes that player on the receiving end to want to stop playing Destiny all together. It takes a week to reload. Defender Titans and Sunsinger Warlocks may survive it but it chips away at their motivation to play. Hunters abilities are nerfed to the point where guns are their only effective measure of dealing damage. Players that wield a weapon bestowed with this perk may have a underwhelming need to play something else after they fire that one round each week. Its that devastating.
