Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

Increases run speed when fighting behind cover. Body shots increase precision damage when stowed. Kneepads... on a rocket launcher.
