Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

Front lines: changes your rate of fire without changing your mag size when a enemy is close... Oh wait that's a exotic perk...
