Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

CDS (contacting desting servers) "Grants damage referee perk, changes your green bar connection to red bar upon entering crucible activity"
