Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

Kills with this weapon have a chance to revive your opponent with heavy ammo and with an overshield while damaging all your allies😂
