Just get rid of unflinching and make that sniper scope move off body. You shouldn't be able to just stay hard scoped with no movement while getting pinged shots.
No other changes at all. And maybe every once in a while have no radar to change things up.

Unflinching makes the centre speed faster it has nothing to do with getting shot

Unflinching does barely anything. A proper solution would be to increase the flinch, and have Unflinching keep it at current levels.

I don't pay enough attention to specifics on it. Whatever it's called if I get the jump on a sniper he shouldn't be able to dial in a head shot while under fire. At best he can get a lucky body shot. Yesterday I surprised a sniper with a HMG and he turned calmly and ended me. The scope should shake like someone with a movement disorder in that case. Lol
