Whats that supposed to mean for xbox who dont have the echo chamber?

In Echo Chamber, you're stopping the Vex from bringing back Sekrion, the Nexus Mind we destroyed in Y1. Basically, without The Nexus having already happened, Echo Chamber cannot happen.

You misunderstand. The xbox cant access that lore this year seeing as it is an exclusive strike to playstation.
