Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

3 Replies+4 Armor, recovery, and agility. Increased Super, melee, and grenade recharge rate by 100% 2X more damage and 2X damage resistance. Supers do more damage. [spoiler]Only when in the Tower[/spoiler]
