SRL should be a recurring event like Iron Banner. Even if that means toning down the hight light-level rewards.
I agree about the nonsensical quests though. At least some of them are explained with a quest, but I have no idea how people stumbled across the others.

All I'm saying is, scale back the high light level gear just slightly. SRL should be just as difficult as doing any other activity to get the best gear, so the fact that it's a little easier than getting a whole team together and doing the raid means the drop rate should be appropriately scaled.

Hard mode challenges are, what, 10 minute fights with 100% 320s dropping? Seems pretty easy to me. SRL and IB are the same: a chance at 320 loot If anything, IB's 320 drop chance needs to go up.
