After months of searching unsuccessfully for a clan that is suitable for me, I am taking the drastic step of attempting to form my own clan. The clan will be super casual - level, light level, experience, owning certain weapons, whether you are any good or not – none of that stuff is important. If you only want to join to do really low key stuff like complete the crucible weeklies that require a fireteam or just dip in occasionally because you need someone for something like crimson doubles, or if you are struggling solo on Iron Banner, then that is fine. If you need help with story missions or bounties, we can do that. I have never run a Raid and I’m not that bothered but if we can get enough people and you want to do it, maybe we could learn to do that together. Personally, I play a lot of crucible 6v6 as a lone wolf, but I would be interested in meeting people to play some elimination in the hope of then stepping up to ToO. For the record, I’m not great at PVP with a K/D of 1.0 on my hunter 1.15 on my titan. There will be no pressure to constantly engage in Clan based activities, if you are online playing Destiny but just want some lone wolf time, then that is cool. I don’t usually use a mic, so if you don’t want to use a mic, no problem, although obviously this will make some activities more difficult. This clan is intended for people who consider themselves to be mature/older gamers, but whether you are 20 or 80 isn’t really important. However, this clan is not for children under 18, this is simply because I find the idea of grown men playing video games with children very, very creepy. I would prefer people who are based in the UK, this is because it is difficult enough for people with busy lives etc to arrange to play online without throwing different time zones into the mix. Finally, I will put my cards on the table - I am a white, heterosexual, male but racism or homophobia will not be tolerated.
