Raids, unless they do them open world like a public event, they can do loads on patrol so why not start it like that, like and urzok from year one where it is crazy. Defend the wall guardian....

How would you like it if you where, I dunno, playing control on crucible in the European dead zone and the fallen show up in droves. Shaxx says "kill them all and their Kell" wouldn't that be cool and random?

No cause I go to crucible to play crucible. I don't go to crucible to do a public event/PvE. As for raids, if Bungie used your *cough* stupid *cough* idea then a lot of people would not spend their money if the raids were changed that much.
