There has to be a degree of realism, otherwise bullets won't hurt you.

Fair enough. I find it difficult to believe someone aiming down scopes would be able to take a sniper shot and still stay zoomed in. Of course, invincible teleporting people in Crucible is pretty hard to believe too, yet here we have it.
