[spoiler]This is a work Paradox1055 and I decided to do together, so go look up his side of the story![/spoiler] Everyone looked up to see a humanoid standing on top of the portal. His armor was a strange Taken color that lead to a pair of jet black boots. The figure chuckled a little and pointed what looked like a bow at the massive Knight. The figure gave a laugh that seemed to alter slightly in tone. "We don't even have to try now." He pulled his hand back and a dark purple like string followed. He released and pulled back in quick succession as three streaks of pale flames crashed into the Knight, snagging onto its arms and locking it into place on the stage. The Knight roared angrily and shifted violently as if it was stuck. It lifts it's head and barked something at the figure. "Now now, you shouldn't struggle. It makes me want to kill you instead." Said the figure as he laughed. As the Knight struggled still shouting at the figure, a void vortex formed infront of it, producing a near transparent figure, half of his body engulfing in whispers of Void smoke. He looked to the figure on top of the portal before focusing on the Knight. "You will give your soul to Oryx... Your mind belongs to him, your King." The figure stretched his hand and touched the massive Knight. It lurched in agony as its body begins to collapse upon itself and become thrusted into another dimension entirely. Dakota froze slightly before ordering everyone back into the hallway. "I thought Phantom was dead!!" "Phantom?..." Natasha asked unimpressed. James and Morin quickly sprung into action and helped Dakota move everyone away from the stage. "If you seen what this guy can do, the name is quiet fitting." Alan said as he rushed forward. "I heard you guys took care of it!" Blake shouted. "That's why I didn't show up to help!" The figure on top of the portal haphazardly tossed something at the hallway infront of us and at his feet. A portal opened where the things landed and he stepped through, appearing infront of us. "My my..." His voice was slightly jittery and sinister as he teasingly whispered his reply. "We do have a tasty selection of Guardians tonight sweetie." He tore his weapon into two parts and got into a fighting stance. The blades were jagged and soaked in various shades of blood and gore that pulsed slightly with pale fire. "Who's that?..." Charles asked, nearly crying out of fear. "That's the escapie from the Prison!" Natasha barked, pulling out her shotgun. "That's funny... I thought I killed everyone that saw me. Must've been that Fallen Captian..." The figure shrugged slightly. "Oh well, time to feast." As if Phantom heard him, he dissapeared and reappeared beside the figure. Void energy coursed through what little of his body was visible. His voice echoed slightly as he spoke in an angry tone. "Oryx wants them, I will Take them for our King!" The figure scoffed. "You and I both know you are smarter than that. No use playing a fool to idiots... But if you must Take some then by all means, but leaves some for my girls." He spun his blades in his palms for emphasis. "They haven't had true Light in so long." Natasha growled. "Tae Ken! By order of the Reef and Vanguard alike. You are under arrest for..." "Leave that one for me..." The figure named Tae Ken spoke, pointing at her. "She annoys me." Blake suddenly rushed towards the Taken and dropped a Ward around them, creating a shield to keep them in. He quickly slid out of the shield and faced the Taken. Phantom looked around quickly, taking everything in. Tae Ken, however, looked around bored and sighed. "Phantom do something with this... I don't like to be kept waiting." He looked at all of us. "Now who to pick..." Natasha growled. "This aught to teach you a lesson!" Tae Ken paused and looked dead at her. "Hey, here's an idea friend.... You take the team that beat you last time... Revenge and such such... I want the newcomers..." Phantom gave a sideways glance to Tae Ken, then looked back to the group. Void energy focused around his hands in a small torrent. Soon the Ward started to crack, glowing a cyan color. Its cracks increased until it exploded, sending shards floating aeound the pair before melting and becoming sucked into Phantom. "We defeated you once, we can do it again!" Alan said with rather substantial amount of cockiness. Phantom collected the Void in his hands and jumped up. "Move!!" yelled Dakota. A second later, a large Nova Bomb was launched in our direction. I instinctively dropped a Ward around us, thankfully stopping the Nova Bomb from getting us all consumed by the Void. As I tried to relax and pull out my scout rifle, I saw the crazed form of Tae Ken rush forward, blades swinging like mad. He took swipes at anything within reach but looked directly to me. I felt my body rag doll up as he grabbed by shoulder and thrusted the blade within my chest. My vision blurred as he dissapeared from my line of sight. I held my chest as I felt the blood leaving my system. I started to collapse and lose consciousness but a hand pulled me back. My vision snapped back to view as Blake's fist rushed towards my gut with a medic pack attatched. I heared Alan yell something about retreating as I struggled to focus on the situation. I looked up to see Phantom slowly approach us, throwing smaller bombs that held the sickly white color of Taken spawn, aiming at us but not hitting us just yet. Alan shot three times but Phantom shimmered slightly, letting the bullets pass through him as if he wasn't there. "Get everyone moving now!" Blake yelled as he let go of me and pulled out his rifle. Everyone began to move towards the hallway as Tae Ken appeared beside the advancing Phantom. He leaned slightly to whisper something to him and shadestepped into Morin. As Tae Ken took a slash at him, he leans forward, his grin exposed from his helmet by some veil. "By the way, how is your mum doing, Moron?" He quickly vanishes before Morin could react. Morin paused slightly before exploding into his super. "....YOU D*** B******!!" He screamed as a large sunspot that shone like a new born sun under his feet. He leapt forward, chasing down Tae Ken who was appearing at spots around the court. "What's the matter Awoken?! Miss your momma that much?!" Tae Ken taunted as Hammers flew past him. "She's in good hands! Deaths treats everyone with equality." "SHUT UP!" Morin screamed as his body erupted in flames like never before. Soon Tae Ken stood still, waiting for Morin infront of a wall. "Come here, so I can let you see her yourself." He laughed and cocked his blades into the bow form again. Morin charged at him, holding his hammer tightly instead of throwing it. As he drew close, Tae Ken grinned and faded from view, causing Morin to crash into a wall and lose control of his super. Phantom threw a few more Taken orbs and seemingly blinked towards the end of the hallway, beckoning people forward. "We'll get Phantom!" yelled Dakota as he jumping into the hallway and raced forward. James helped Morin up and the two followed Dakota along with Blake and Alan as they chased the teleporting Phantom. Natasha yelled after them as the dissapeared from view. "We will apprehend Tae Ken!" "Oh will you now?" Tae Ken appeared going the opposite direction Phantom went. "I'd like to see you try, slut." Natasha screamed in frustration and took off. Tae Ken laughed and shadestepped from view, leading her along. Rex quickly followed, his eyes a dull green. "Wait up Natasha!" "Hey wait!..." Kate followed quickly out of despair. Laurentine appeared beside Angelica and I. "Come on, we should help them." I nodded.
