Yeah, that perk... When would it help? When you need to run for ammo in a raid, trying not to expose yourself too much? When you feel like standing 5 yards from the heavy ammo while your team picks it up?
I had a Choleric dragon with vacuum and it got dismantled long ago
Shoot to Loot is almost as bad
