That grenade only does 157 damage. 34 more then only ONE tag by a lightning. It does less then incendiaries (that have burn), fusions, and magnetics.
Ever fought a max str/disc w/sealed ahamkara grasps? 3 grenades all at 25 second intervals?
All im saying is that its not op, no matter how you spin it.
