No, with any other grenade you can back off and regain health, but because of how longer you burn and how much damage you do you could be on opposite sides of the map and provided the warlock had gotten a shot off you will die

If a warlock throws a grenade in the middle of a firefight you should be able to at least kill him. If he threw it after taking cover then by that point you should have recovered health enough to not die to the grenade connecting.

No but most people chuck nades then start a fire fight, if both the nade and a single shot land you're dead. This is absolute bull

So what? Compare that to landing any other grenade. You're dead practically instantly. The burn is so slow that if they continue the gunfight you'll probably still kill them. A single jump is almost enough to dodge a firebolt. Gain any vertical distance and you're golden.

But in a fire fight you'd be focused on getting the kill. But if you're tagged you're screwed. And it doesn't matter if the burn is slow because you die regardless
