How are firebolts with the burning perks OP?

2 RepliesIt's an omnidirectional multi-target seeking grenade that does the same amount of damage no matter how far you are from the center of the damage radius, has a very short detonation timer after impact, and applies a burn that takes you out of the fight for 14 seconds or so. The burn is the major issue. It shouldn't last nearly as long as it does.
