I'm not advocating the use of autism as an insult or derogatory slur, but you're never going to be able to, and shouldn't be trying to, limit the way people use the word. I get where you're coming from, but it's not really going to do anything. Hell, it will probably just provoke trolls and that sort. The more you try to sensor something, the more people will resist. Freedom of speech is one of our most important rights and shouldn't be limited just because something someone said is offensive. Words only have power and meaning if you give them power and meaning.
