Yesterday, I decrypted a blue engram. I got a Nox Inergia IV Fusion Rifle out of it.
The base stats on this fusion rifle are almost the same as the IB Fusion rifle. The only difference is the Nox has a slightly slower charge time.
But, on this Nox that I got, the perks were this...
Reflex Sight - Improved Aim Assist
Life Support - Regenerate Health, Wounded
Braced Frame - + Stability, - Magazine
This fusion now has the same high impact/range stats as the Ashraven's. But, the thing I like the most, is that with Braced Frame, the Nox has maxed stability. Plus it started out with 6 shots in the magazine, it only went down to 5,which is still plenty.
Anyway, I've been using it in the crucible. It's pretty good. I like Ashraven's a lot. Mine has really high stability also, but it's not maxed out like my Nox.
The only things that kinda suck about the Nox, is it's only 271 light. So, I don't see it being as good in IB or Trials. Plus the charge rate is just a tiny bit slower than Ashraven's. Is not as slow as something like the Dark Blade's Spite. But still, with a fusion rifle, that extra little moment that it takes to charge could mean the difference between a kill and a death.
If you get a chance to find the rare 'Nox Inergia IV' and you can roll it with the reflex sight and braced frame, or any other stability perk that doesn't lower the range, I suggest giving it a try. It's a pretty useful and viable fusion rifle.
Don't overlook and underestimate the blues. Some of them can actually be better than the legendaries and exotics, if you get the right roll.
Edit: Also, I've got it on my warlock right now if you feel like checking it out. Can't promise it'll be there all night, add in a chronic weapon switcher. But, it's 1 AM EST and is there now. I'll leave there when I quit later, just in case.

Should be nerfed
