I don't see why they're bigger than streamers who are actually good at the game like mtashed, Wish You Luck, tripleWRECK, Giggle Monstar, Gamesager, Realkraftyy or WaRbulletpoof. Can someone explain this to me? Why would you watch a streamer even though they're not that strong of a player?

Because to be popular it's more than being g good at the game. I would argue that it's not very important to be good at all. There are many other prerequisites to be a popular streamer and goth possesses many of them.
