Aim assist doesn't increase hit boxes so you have to be just as accurate on a 10 aim assist sniper as a 70 aim assist sniper. I think the phrase you're looking for is good timing

No, I've got clips on my profile where you can see clearly that I've shot a good distance away from the head and I've gotten a headshot Also if you play an entire game using mida-multitool (extremely high aim assist) then an entire game with a low aim assist scout and record both games then watch them back in slow motion you'll see that aim assist does infact increase the hit box, clearly
