I'm just having a lot of trouble getting it, is there more chance to get it on a heroic playlist?

Tbh? I only ever get strike exlusives on nightfalls. Except for grasp. Got that first day of ttk. But not a single other strike exclusive has dropped for me outside of a nightfall

But I'm sure you could probably grind it out with three of coins. (People will argue but legendaries do have a higher chance to drop from three of coins as well. Not overly high. But a chance nonetheless. Tho I'm not sure if it helps strike exclusive)
