1 new Strike in 7 months is an amazing news
Not 0 new strikes, not 0.5 new strikes but a whole 1 new strike. Isn't this incredible? In 7 months they've made 1 new strike. I always thought it'd take em at least 24 months to build a strike but no, i was wrong, it only took them 7 months. This is where Bungie shines. Astonishing developer.
Let me tell you something, Bungie can delay Destiny 2 until 2018 because that new strike is what i and my fellow guardians will be playing for at least 1000-4000+ hours.
No one ever asked for VoG/CE relevancy because its old content and no one wants to play old ass shit. A brand new strike that may be longer than 10 minutes (can you imagine that? i simply can't, its that impressive) is what we've been waiting since September 2015. I cannot wait to spend my time in this meticulously made Strike.

8 RepliesIts only a small amount which isn't great. But keep in mind this isn't like an expansion. Just a little something to bring players back for a little. Probably to challenge the Division. Instead I imagine most of their efforts have gone into Destiny 2 and the Spring Expansion. I'm not mad at a lack of content in the mean time because I don't expect them to keep working on the first game whilst the sequel is in development. So I'll probably check it out, but it's no biggie. Once done with it I'll find something else to do.

Lmao. Don't forget next big update where one strike is the same one we played for 1000 hours but now it's backwards. I'm more interested in the pvp changes tbh. I dunno if I can take one more let down with this game. Most "weapon imbalances" I'm left walking away shaking my head with at least 1 or 2 decisions made. I just can't bear the disappointment anymore. I may just quit until destiny 2 and see how bad that gets -blam!-ed up too before rage quitting for good.

The problem is that if we keep accepting things like this openly bungie will think it's ok to re skin old things and make us wait for 5 months. This is just like the buying emotes ordeal. If we keep buying emotes and supporting the money grabby moves they do. They will continue to do it. I'm not saying this is a bad thing but it just seems like another rushed things to keep us occupied and out of their hair until the next expansion. But we can wait until the stream and see what's there.

To all saying we allwan.t relevant backwards compatible raids, I dont. Its to easy of a way out for the.developers plus the weapons wont be elemantal so the only point if the grind would be cosmetic. Im ready for NEW content the strike is a start but this is quite the long wait for something new. I know we had small events but I've always skipped those in every mmo and content was not in short supply. To me it seems like destiny is taking a COD path for updates and, I dont play games for new maps or reskins, it may be the business model for the last 10 years but it's never been good with me and I am starting to feel like I've been fooled into purchasing something thats turning into exactly what I hate.

What a spoilt little brat, I don't know if you're moronic enough to think that is all the update will consist of or you're just extremely ungrateful that we do seem to be getting a plethora of new activities yet before its even released you are just being an absoloute spoilt child about it. You and anyone else who is already complaining about the content update can kindly -blam!- off, uninstall destiny, get off the forums and don't come back if you don't like it. This is worsened by the fact that you've not even done a year 2 raid.
