Edited by Starfall Shadow: 3/31/2016 9:16:03 PMPotentially Naruto from The Last. He survived a direct hit from an attack that cut the moon in half with no injuries. And this wasn't even in his strongest form. Scaling up, I believe he could withstand the Death Star's blast.

USA: Would be secretly manipulating the Empire with money or assets Israel: Probably already have countermeasures for such an attack Sicily: Make 'em an offer they can't refuse Mcdonalds, Cocacola, Nike, Starbucks, Microsoft etc: Own the Death Star

Edited by Koldraxon: 3/30/2016 11:21:49 AMSovereign, Mantle's Approach, Harbinger, Hunhow, Warden Eternal, (maybe) Ur-Didact, Clem, Inaros (Warframe), a Promethean Knight, a Forerunner Guardian...
Evidence: Sovereign is a Reaper. The Mantle's Approach is vast, and durable, and should be able to sustain the damage, Harbinger is also a Reaper, Hunhow is a Sentient Destroyer of Worlds, and can adapt to damage like his drones. He can manipulate technology and turn it against it's wielder (see: Fall of the Orokin Empire), Warden Eternal due to his spare bodies, Ur-Didact -might- be able to survive a hit?, Clem can be cloned again, Inaros is a Warframe with (if set up correctly) a lot of heatlh and could survive the damage theoretically speaking and is a Warframe (which can just be rebuilt if destroyed), a Promethean Knight's Watcher will resurrect the Knight, a Forerunner Guardian can EMP the Death Star, forcing the Empire to 'reload' the weapon. Additional evidence can be researched. You haven't. Not all mentioned are valid candidates.
Madara Uchiha Is there an anime character stronger than Madara Uchiha? And I'm referring to Rinne Tensei Madara Uchiha with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and Rinnegan doujutsus (with the rikidou paths ability) equipped with his Gunbai and control of the juubi and Gedou Mazou, a complete Susano'o, with Hashirama Senju's DNA implanted in his chest so he can perform Mokuton kekkei genkai and yin-yang release ninjutsu as well as being extremely skilled in taijutsu and bukijutsu

Superman. The dude can destroy and move planets himself, who cares about a tiny laser pointer. The lasers from his eyes are probably even more powerful than the Death Star's laser.
