IT'S A "DON'T NEED TO PAY MORE" DLC, STOP COMPLAINING ONCE..
Guys guys... About the news.. Be at least once happy...
It's a free DLC right, people working on that content are not making any money for the company. Yes they will reuse some stuff we had before, and that's totally fair. How can you make new content to make people happy and still don't waste too much money on it => reuse old stuff to make some new, that's a fair compromise ?
They have a team working hard on the next big expansion later this year and another team even bigger working on Destiny 2 for next year. It's not like if lazy developers were taking drugs with some Russian chicks around a swimming pool at the top of Bungie's building.
Edit: I saw a few comments about the DLC being part of TTK. So Instead of Free DLC, let's say then "you don't need to pay more for it" DLC. But I guess it's the same issue for any "Free DLC" (the division, the witcher...), it's never really free if you had to pay for a game at first. *Okay*
Edit2: Okay they get money from the emotes that many people bought. But if the money is an issue for you I guess you didn't buy any emotes in the first place.

Edit4: it is sad that I just wanted people to stop complaining and to just be happy once but they found a way to focus on FREE and DLC on my post and that's all... I guess I should just give up on them... :/

This community is built up of people that are two sides of a coin. Something happens; people react depending of the side of their coin. Some negatively, some positively. Something different happens; the coins are flipped and different people react differently. This doesn't describe each single member of the community, but it's a good analogy in general. More than one person has an opinion, and that opinion can shift depending on the event. Science psychology sociology, blah blah blah, we're all special. 6 RepliesWe paid for it by buying destiny. Bungie just gave us a part of the game in year 1, and sold the rest as doc. Technically, we paid for this content way back in 2014

Its even worse than that. People are going to watch all three of these streams....then look for any and all information about this update before it releases...... then they will complain that there were not enough surprises to discover..... I have played since day one and still have not finished the new Subclasses (have not even unlocked Stormcaller). You guys are all doing this wrong. Example: LOL at the idiots who were trying to find the CLUES to unlock the Sleeper Simulant quest last year. You guys need to chill.

Everyone complaining will still play. If everyone REALLY wanted to make a point, they'd stop whining and just play something else. But that won't happen. It's year 2 1/2 and I still see plenty of guardians in the tower and everywhere else. Granted, not like before, but still plenty.

It's included with the purchase of TTK. So if you have TTK, then you've already paid for it (like a season pass).

3 RepliesI love all the debating about if it's free or not. 99% of the people on these forums have ttk so there will be no additional purchace for this update. I'm honestly surprised that they will be reaping any content this year so I'm excited for it. Havnt played destiny in a week or so for obvious reasons but I will be back in full swing for any updates to come.

If the DLC only contains old stuff, I will complain... I'm all for old content being brought back, but we need some new content with it... Also it should have never been rendered useless anyways
