actually without a raid team he has no way to progress, additionally running the raid for the umpteenth time to get an item with a marginally higher number was hardly a good way to motivate people.

Strangely it works. But I guess for me I kinda just enjoy the experience. Even for the 20th time with no reward. I wonder why. That being said I have phases. One week I'll be playing Fallout, the next Destiny, then Battlefield. As for a raid team though he could use lfg.
