There's been a few articles round the web of how the POE can be updated and made successful far easier than creating new PVE content. There is also a bit of a trailing quest/story surrounding the Queen of the Awoken soooo... The basic update is likely to be the continuation of that storyline, locating and freeing the queen (guessing the final rescuing will be the strike part). Follow that up with the long awaited return of the Queen's wrath to quell the calls related to regular PVE event's, tracking down the remainder of the Blighted armies leadership. Ending up with updated POE full of Taken enemies, reskinned POE weapons, hopefully the taken shader, few new exotics or other quest only weapons and there we go. If we are lucky that means VOG and CE are updated and brought forward as well to also be relevant. Some new crucible maps and hopefully modes, SRL coming into rotation with some new maps. Bit of new content, you could argue it's been time gated, you could argue a lot of things, but all of the above sounds like fun and new content to me, it's not a paid DLC so any raid expectations....well expectations are what lead you into disappointment people.
