No, the initial sales were stated as 325M in the first few days. Based on sales charts (and including TTK but not including micros) the game has generated a little under 1B in its year and a half in production. If the initial investment was 150M to 200M (estimated) the initial return was about double and is about 5 times that now (minus O&M costs for which there is no public data). This is obviously still a healthy return, but bungie would likely be pocketing less than 50 percent of that take (or 50 at most). They definitely made lots of money, but they did lose ALL contractual bonuses and if they are as poorly managed as it seems their burn rate is likely way higher than originally forecasted so the money is going out way faster than coming in at this point. Their engine being a disaster isn't helping either as their level of effort is way higher than assumed originally which is why it takes so long for them to do anything which I assume extends to O&M as well. Also with the second developer brought in to help, bungies budget and piece of the pie will have also shrunk.
