It's part of TTK, it's not free.
People who don't own TTK do not get to experience this "free" content, it's only free to those who have TTK making it not free.

If you don't have TTK it's irrelevant anyway. It's after the fact content. It's content they didn't have to make at all. It's content they probably could have charged people for. But they did make it, and gave it to you for free. But this generation blows ass, so they continue to bitch, cause it's all they know how to do.
