Ehhhhh.... "free". Yes, they could do another charge, but we were promised content to come with taken king beyond its release, and the idea of Ever verse was to have it help fund projects between expansions. So yes we should, while annoyed with Destiny, wait to judge the content till it drops - but free after all this, after so long... isn't really "free".
