It's a shame he never said that. He only said that the division has less story missions. I am halfway through the main story of division and I've seen nothing other than filler fetch quests tbh. The taken King had me doing more than that halfway through it, I was already the first guardian to board the dreadnought and was figuring out how to reach oryx. The story missions were better as well, in the taken King I found myself having to jump up this huge structure, go invisible and steal from an enemy stronghold and run for my life as I was overpowered by enemies. The story missions also had alot more humour and dialogue than what I've seen in the division.
