It isn't free
They specifically said we needed TTK to access it. Guess what? TTK costs money, this is paid DLC TTK Owners get free.

Who the -blam!- plays Destiny without TTK? literally everyone who is an avid player of destiny has the DLC. Why dose it matter now..
