Good points well made.
You forgot this:
PVE:
The Division=Tactics and Teamwork with smarter AI=Adults play it.
Destiny=A bit of teamwork, 2 people can carry others, Predictable AI=Any idiot plays it.
PVP:
The Division=Atmospheric ,Intense, Challenging=Adults play it.
Destiny=Boring, Laggy, Semi-challenging=Any idiot plays it.
As for the OP; TL;DR; I haven't played much of The Division, I don't know what I'm talking about.
