But even if there were LGBT protections for that, you'd have to prove that you were fired for being gay. It'd be pretty easy for the employer to show that you were bad at your job, not that you were fired for being gay.

I live in a town with less than 10k residents Max, and literally no one cares about if you're gay or not. There is no source, but that does not implify that this is an occuring phenomen in societies with these kind of laws.

P-a-p-e-r-s Papers Written on PAPER Dude, i am all for equality. But no one with a little knowledge of laws can say that these laws dont make flaw laws and that there is some idiots who will abuse that? Only because they are a minority does not mean that there are not assholes among them.

Ok, so now you just said you never said people dont do it which means that you support my claim? Or are you denying the fact that both straights and lgbt communities habe some bad eggs? Can you source me to somewhere that says no sides ever did use the trick to put the other side in bad light? Cause the thing about debates is that the burden of evidence falls of both sides.
