Part of Pinwheel from dark souls 1.
The guy was trying to save his family with experiments and ended up fusing the family into 1 entity.
Joke here is that Pinwheel is debatably the EASIEST boss in DS1, maybe with exception of the Taurus Demon.
Either way, a guy with a sword kicked his ass.
