lol it is way different. Changing how enemies work and fight in a nightfall (with burns or the many other mechanics) is completely different than the same enemies just with more health.
and have you ever even done Kings Fall hard? they even added mechanics to hard mode other than taking away revives.
and full strategy? I do the challenge mode without even talking to any of the other 3 random people I am with 5 times a day.
if it's hard I don't even really take cover behind stuff
Edit: what you are describing is basically switching your subclass in Destiny.

I love that we can run challenge mode as much as we want and always get the credits for it! Put in the work, get the GUARANTEED reward. 30 credits(still find myself calling them marks!) and an exotic armor piece. Plus several legendaries, unless it's the helicopter mission, then it's a bunch of legendaries(on hard, more when it's challenge im sure, especially with the increase challenge drop rates in tomorrow's patch!) Not looking forward to that challenge mode mission! Jesus!

there is no challenge mode of the helicopter bro. Challenge mode in Division is set to like 5-6 of the missions, that's it. the hardest one is the one right before the helicopter
