Because his opinion has influenced game companies and has a huge number of followers and usually when a big game comes out tons of people wait on his review before buying it. Not to mention he talks about the pros and cons with facts that support both sides and rates the game from that. He is what you call an unbiased review without being bought by the developers like IGN.

He's called "angry joe" for a reason. His reviews aren't unbiased at all. If anything, he purposely rages about games because it gets him views and fits the whole image he's trying to put out. He's a negative game critic. He skips across a lot of positive stuff and is actually flat out wrong about some of the things he complains about. Not to say I don't enjoy some of his videos...but his division review just made me question what kind of games he actually gives good ratings to?!! Practically none of them apparently

As someone who has over 4 days of play time on division I can confirm everything he said is true.... Getting to rank 30 was so boring and the darkzone is even more boring than doing patrols in destiny. The "bosses" are just bullet sponges like he said that do nothing different. The story was so plain even worse than destiny vanilla and none of the characters have a personality. Division is a good game but not as good as destiny nor it will ever be. Division is the type of game you play for a month and never come back.

When the final boss is just a helicopter who can't even hit you with rockets and is a bullet sponge I think its probably the worst story ever..... Atleast in destiny the bosses change and do different things. They're not all thralls and dregs who can just take a shot ton of damage. And for a game that revolves around a virus its funny to see no one infected besides body bags.
