He doesn't know how to view his armour, so goes on to tell his viewers that you can't.
And you CAN see your knee pads and gloves change as you replace them, even though him and his bum chum say otherwise.
Also where viewers are pointing out in the comments where he went wrong, he is having the comments removed.
How can one critique when one cannot take criticism?
