I think all of his points are valid. The game is spectacularly average. It's serviceable but does nothing special.

Oh I dunno, I'd put it above average personally. But it certainly isnt the second coming of <insert personal favourite game of all time here>. That being said, Incursions could add something, so Im waiting to see what those are like. Well, when I eventually level up and gear up anyway haha

I did say it's serviceable. I'm playing it and it's mostly fun. But I'd be remiss if I said it was anything but average.

Edited by Judge_Rhymehold: 3/22/2016 5:01:14 AMGuess destiny has just failed this much, see some of the divsions numbers? I mean it's fun, cracking out on the attribute builds, and it's a blast strategizing amongst the group between skills and talents. But it is a bit....lacking. Mostly in gameplay variety. Just not so good to explain the high numbers, leaving me to believe Bungie sold more copies of the division than ubisoft did. But it's so damn early, gonna stick around to try to see where it looks like it's heading. Could really go either way I feel at this point

I don't really see where the guy even mentioned Destiny before you brought it up
And I'm not talking about OP
He didn't need to mention destiny. It's just my belief for the large scale numbers as though division is absolutely an amazing game. And while its a lot of fun, it's not amazing or without its own troubles. Which just seems to me like people were starving for gameplay and turning else where for it because it's only getting worse in destiny. I mean now they've broken their one redeeming quality, top notch controls/feeling. That, and that's what so many has said

Large scale numbers argument is pretty shit. By that belief, CoD and FIFA must be the best games released every year.

Destiny hasn't reached it's max potential yet my friend, that doesn't mean I'll come back but I will if it turns out to be a masterpiece.
