What should be implemented to fix certain weaponry:
Fusion rifles
-You have to wait for the weapon to charge to kill an enemy. Patience should always be rewarded with a kill.
-Increase range, stability and impact.
Sniper rifles
-Lower the Rate of Fire. Simple.
Shotguns
-Lower the Rate of Fire.
-Slow the time to ADS. Nothing too dangerous.
Primary changes:
Scout Rifles
-Okay let's all be honest. Mida is different from Year one according to what people have said. I see the point of its "different archetype". It's it's true exotic perk. But if it doesn't follow the high damage low RoF. Make it follow the Low damage High RoF archetype. No weapon should be able to be
Long range, short range.
High damage, high RoF. All at once, no matter how "exotic" it may be.
Pulse Rifles:
-Increase RoF. Nothing harmful.
Hand Cannons:
-Increase the impact. Decrease "The Last Word"s RoF.
Hopefully I have not upset anyone. If anyone disagrees with anything on this post. Please tell me what I should change about it. Public outbursts don't show knowledge. Just stupidity.
This hopefully is balanced. I don't except to see replies being all positive. A negative reply isn't uncommon. Just because you use the weapon often doesn't mean it doesn't need balancing.

I like this 95% of what you said is great.
