Don't see why not. The gear might be a bit pricey to put together a polished end result, but my sister in law pulled it off on a budget. Decent camera, lap top, mic, good program for doing the screen in screen stuff. Couple hundred bucks all in. Try it out if you're interested. Much luck.

I have a good headset, know how o make overlays, can access an laptop and simply use the Xbone to stream. However I wouldn't use a webcam because I dont like how girls use their looks to attract people
