More than 50 damage right? Well flame shield only grants 50 hp unlike the 75 or 100 (i cant remember atm) that defenders get for killing someone while theirs lasts longer. Trade off mofo.

But let's say you're in a melee fight. Unless you're a blade dancer and backstab procs you're dead because they get flameshield on CONTACT. Not kills, not to mention you get 199 damage because of ToF/VF
